My second favourite, and it is a very close second, is this photo called "this Band is Hot". His guitar in the background makes me want to wander in to the room, his warm and friendly smile says hello, come on in. We've been waiting for you. Good old Canadian Hospitality.

It looks like a Classic Canadian Cottage Scene, but any fan of local indie music, raised in Toronto and familiar with all of the favourite indie haunts knows exactly where this photo was shot. Am I right?

for some reason the color came out a bit weird after i uploaded it. the room was quite dark so i needed to do a long exposure, which is why he is a bit blurred. These guys came to play for our year end staff party at Mike Wiegele's Heli Ski Resort in Blue River, BC. This guy plays a pretty unique variety of instruments, and quite well.
