It looks renovated to me, at least painted. Well, may be it were leftover buckets of paint :) Very colorful submission. Good luck!

If you look closely, you can see that the paint is old. Believe me it should be repainted.

Not every house needs renovations because they are in disrepair, some are just hard on the eyes!
