Is this plant also called 'forget me not'? and they grow wild in shady ditches and marshes of southern Ontario?

very close! While it isnt forget me not, it is commonly called Touch me not.they call it touch me not due to the ripe seed pods actually "explode"when touched.Yep it's the same ones growing all over southern Ontario. So next time you get poison ivy on yah you got a cure very close!Cheers from the Ottawa valley
