When was the last time you ascended the heights of your own house? Starting August 1st, Lenzr asks photographers to take a trip to the roof and capture the most picturesque panoramas of their neighbourhoods. The challenge hopes residentswill come to recognize their roofs as places where they can go to contemplate their lives and be by themselves, alone with their thoughts and the weather.

This summer go beyond cleaning eves troughs, fixing roof leaks and brokenshingles, and make more than just the occasional ascent to your rooftop to recover a stray badminton birdie. Its a fact people don't generally think about the health and security ofresidential or commercial roofing – not many folks spend their free time onthe roof anymore, as home roofs are generally too inclined, and industrial roofs are usually off limits.
