What do your kids take with them when they leave the house for school? Do they pack a lunch? Let's see it.
The Lunch For Kids photo contest on Lenzr is curious to see what the elements--the ingredients, colours and shapes-- are that form the stories about your noon day meal. Do the food and drink work together harmoniously? Is the spread nutritionally supportive of the needs of a growing human being? Naturally, the judges here will want to see healthy food, sandwiches and snacks alongside colorful fruits and vegetables, and hey, why not, the occasional treat.
Show us PB&J, autumn apples, juice boxes, carrot sticks, leftover pizza, yoghurts, crackers and cheese, grapes, hummus and pita, macaroni, sunflower seeds, bagel with cream cheese or maybe a chocolate chip cookie. Keep it simple, but take your picture to tell a story about the lunch and its ingredients and, of course, the kid who enjoys it! Note: Featuring a child in your photograph is not a requirement for this contest; just the lunch will suffice if you don't have kids or don't want to upload photos of your children.
The Prize is $250 worth of stainless steel food storage cans from a company in British Columbia hoping you'll try them out as lunch containers for your own family outings, shool and work.
This contest runs until Jan 1st 2012.
Voting begins December 15th 2011
Voting Ends December 25th , Christmas Day 2011 and the Top Ten images advance to the Lenzr judges.The winner will be announced Jan 1st 2012 on the Lenzr blog.
Must be 13yrs to enter. Contest valid everywhere in North America
