House For Renovation
House For Renovation
Started on: October 10th, 2011 Ended on: January 1st, 2012
Run down houses that need repairs are popping up everywhere in our recession. We pass them on our way to work and school. Such buildings line the streets of ghost towns and rust belt cities and they stick out like sore thumbs in posh urban neighborhoods. If you have a good eye for real estate investing, these structures are easy to spot.
At the right price, a house for renovation can be a profitable flip, or an insatiable money pit. Show us both; submit shots of good fixer-uppers and hopeless hovels and use the 140 character description to tell us a story.
House for Renovation is a real estate photography contest that challenges Lenzr members to submit shots of really creepy old buildings that should be renovated or destroyed. Let’s see broken down brownstones and bungalows, crumbling colonial homes and tacky Tudor townhouses. These places are all around us, and if you just open your eyes you’ll see them. Now show them to us!
The Prize is an Apple iPad 2 courtesy of a Toronto mortgage broker Calum Ross the #1 mortgage broker team in Canada for five of the last eight years, playing an active role in ensuring each client’s best use of their mortgage funds and home equity. Read more on Lenzr Blog

I'm going to spend time this weekend making both better and easier to read and understand. I'm also going to publish a 'page' on the blog that demonstrates some simple ways to promote your pictures as so many people seem to be frustrated by this ... its easy and for this contest you probably will have to get a few dozen votes to earn Top Ten rankings
